Refund Policy

§ 1. General Information

  • This Refund Policy describes the rules regarding refunds for services provided by the PredictStats platform (predictstats.com).
  • The platform administrator is PREDICT STATS SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with registered office in Świniarsko (33-395), Świniarsko 134, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 7343656695, KRS: 0001176159.
  • PredictStats offers digital services in the SaaS (Software as a Service) model, which means immediate access to digital content upon payment.

§ 2. Nature of Service – Digital Content

  • PredictStats Premium Subscription is a service for delivering digital content that is not recorded on a physical medium.
  • After payment, the User receives immediate access to all Premium platform features.
  • According to applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent before the withdrawal period expires.
  • By purchasing a Premium subscription, the User consents to the immediate commencement of service provision and acknowledges the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.

§ 3. Refund Policy Rules

  • Due to immediate access to digital content, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
  • A paid subscription is non-refundable in the following cases:
  • - Change of mind by the User after service commencement
  • - Non-utilization of all Premium features by the User
  • - Voluntary account deletion by the User
  • - Violation of terms of service by the User resulting in account suspension
  • Subscription cancellation does not automatically result in a refund – access to Premium features is maintained until the end of the paid billing period.

§ 4. Exceptional Cases – Possible Refunds

  • The Administrator may consider individual refund requests in the following situations:
  • Technical Problems – if serious technical problems on PredictStats' side prevented use of the platform for a significant period (over 72 hours of continuous unavailability).
  • Payment Error – in case of double card charge or other payment error not caused by the User.
  • No Access – if due to Administrator's fault, the User did not receive access to paid Premium features despite correct payment.
  • Other Justified Cases – the Administrator may consider other individual cases where circumstances indicate a justified need for a refund.
  • The decision to grant a refund in the above cases rests solely with the Administrator and is made individually.

§ 5. Refund Request Procedure

  • Refund requests should be sent to: contact@predictstats.com.
  • The request should include: name, email address associated with the account, transaction date, reason for refund request, and detailed problem description.
  • The Administrator will review the request within 14 calendar days of receipt.
  • The User will be informed of the decision by email.
  • If the request is approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of the decision.

§ 6. Subscription Cancellation

  • Users can cancel automatic subscription renewal at any time in account settings or through the Stripe Billing portal.
  • Subscription cancellation does not result in immediate loss of access – Premium features remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
  • After the subscription period ends, the User's account will automatically switch to the free plan.
  • Subscription cancellation does not entitle to a partial refund for the unused period.

§ 7. Disputes and Complaints

  • In case of a dispute regarding payment or refund, the User should first contact the Administrator: contact@predictstats.com.
  • Payment complaints are processed within 14 calendar days.
  • Consumers have the right to use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, including the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
  • If payment was made through Stripe or Przelewy24, the User can also contact the payment provider directly regarding disputed transactions.

§ 8. Chargebacks

  • Before filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider, please contact us to resolve the issue.
  • Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension on the PredictStats platform.
  • The Administrator cooperates with payment providers (Stripe, Przelewy24) to fairly review each dispute.
