Contest Rules: “Win Premium on Telegram”

These rules govern participation in contests organised by PredictStats through predictstats.com and the Organiser’s official Telegram channel. Participation is voluntary and free of charge.

§ 1. Organiser

  • The organiser of the contest (the “Organiser”) is PREDICT STATS SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office at Świniarsko 134, 33-395 Chełmiec, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under 0001176159, tax ID (NIP) 7343656695, statistical number (REGON) 541866775.
  • The Organiser operates the predictstats.com website (the “Service”), including user accounts and integration with Telegram.
  • Contact: contact@predictstats.com.
  • Informational content about the contest (including banners in the Service) is auxiliary to these rules. If there is any conflict, the version of the rules published at predictstats.com/en/contest-rules prevails.
  • Definitions: Participant — a natural person who meets the conditions in § 3; Prize — access to the selected Premium package in the Service for the period described in the contest notice and § 4.

§ 2. Duration and editions

  • The contest may run in separate editions. For each edition the Organiser specifies, among other things, the period for collecting entries (or another description of how to take part) and the date and time of the draw (Central European Time — CET/CEST).
  • This information is published in a contest notice on the Organiser’s official Telegram channel and, if enabled by the Organiser, in an information banner in the Service (including /en and /pl).
  • Entries submitted after the deadline stated for a given edition will not be accepted.
  • The Organiser may cancel or suspend an edition for important reasons (e.g. force majeure, technical failure, security incident) and will inform participants via Telegram and, where possible, the Service.
  • Unless the notice states otherwise, each person may take part in a given edition once.

§ 3. Eligibility

  • Only a natural person with full legal capacity who meets all of the following may participate.
  • a) has a free user account registered on predictstats.com;
  • b) has linked that account to Telegram using https://predictstats.com/en/telegram-connect (Polish version: https://predictstats.com/pl/telegram-connect), so that the connection status can be verified by the Organiser;
  • c) does not breach the Service terms or accepted standards of conduct (including no multi-account abuse).
  • Participation is entirely free and does not require purchasing paid services.
  • The Organiser may disqualify a Participant in case of suspected fraud, breach of these rules, false information, or conduct harmful to the Organiser or other participants.
  • Employees of the Organiser and persons directly involved in running a given edition may be ineligible — if so, the notice will state this.

§ 4. Prize

  • The Prize is access to Premium features in the Service (or to the Premium product stated in the notice) for 14 or 30 days, as set out in the contest notice and the Service publication settings for that edition.
  • The Prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
  • Any tax or other legal consequences of granting Premium access depend on the Participant’s individual situation and applicable law.
  • The Prize is activated on the winner’s Service account linked to Telegram as required in § 3, within the timeframe in § 5.
  • If the winner fails to meet the conditions for granting the Prize (e.g. Telegram link no longer valid) within the time specified by the Organiser, the Organiser may forfeit the Prize or award it to another eligible Participant as described in the notice.
  • The scope of Premium follows the Terms of Service and product descriptions available in the Service at the time the Prize is granted.

§ 5. Draw and results

  • The winner will be selected by random draw from Participants who met § 3 at the end of the entry period, using a method that ensures a random choice (e.g. a certified random generator).
  • The list of eligible Participants may be derived from Service data (e.g. account ID, Telegram link status) as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • The result will be announced on the Organiser’s Telegram channel by the time stated in the contest notice.
  • The Organiser may also notify the winner by email linked to the Service account or via Telegram administrative messaging where technically possible.
  • The Prize will be activated within 24 hours of the results announcement unless technical obstacles occur — in that case, the Organiser will act promptly once resolved.
  • On request, the Organiser may provide brief information about how the result was determined, without disclosing other Participants’ personal data.

§ 6. Personal data (GDPR)

  • The Organiser is the controller of Participants’ personal data.
  • Data processed may include: Service account identifier, email address, Telegram link identifier, and technical data needed to verify eligibility.
  • Purposes: running the contest, verifying eligibility, conducting the draw, granting the Prize, handling complaints, and legal defence.
  • Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the contract for electronic services — your account) and (f) GDPR (legitimate interests in running the contest and keeping records).
  • Data are kept only as long as necessary to complete the edition and handle complaints, no longer than 30 days after the end of that edition and the complaint deadline, unless a longer period is required by law.
  • Participants have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
  • Further details, including recipients and transfers outside the EEA, are in the Service Privacy Policy at predictstats.com.

§ 7. Final provisions

  • Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and — where applicable — consumer protection statutes.
  • The Organiser may change these rules for important reasons (e.g. legal or Service changes). Material changes will be announced on Telegram and in the Service.
  • Complaints about the contest may be sent to contact@predictstats.com with a short description and contact details. The Organiser will respond within 14 days.
  • Complaints about the draw result may be submitted within 14 days of the results being published on Telegram.
  • The contest is not a game of chance, mutual bet, or promotional lottery within the meaning of Polish gambling law; it is a loyalty promotion for Service users.
  • Service content is informational. Use of the Service is subject to the Terms of Service.
