Affiliate Program Terms

1. General Provisions

These terms define the rules of participation in the Affiliate Program operated by PREDICT STATS SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ.
The Affiliate Program involves recommending Predict Stats services to new users in exchange for a commission on purchased subscriptions.
A Partner can be a natural person conducting business activity, a legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality.
Joining the program requires acceptance of these terms and positive verification by the site administrator.
The administrator reserves the right to refuse admission to the program without providing a reason.

The Partner receives a unique partner code, which can be added to any site URL in the form of a ?partner=CODE parameter.
A user is assigned to a partner at the moment of new account registration after visiting the site via a partner link.
Assignment to a partner is one-time and permanent - it applies to all future purchases by that user.
Partner assignment does not work for users who already have an account on the site (logging into an existing account does not assign a referral).
The partner code is saved in the user's browser and is valid for 365 days from the last visit via the link.

Commission is charged on every successful payment made by a user assigned to the partner.
Commission rate is set individually for each partner and ranges from 10% to 50% of the transaction value.
Commission is charged automatically after payment confirmation by the payment operator.
Commission is also charged on subscription renewals (recurring payments) made by referred users.
The administrator may change the commission rate with 14 days advance notice by email to the partner.
Commissions are displayed in the partner panel along with detailed statistics and history.

The minimum payout amount is 500 PLN. Funds below this amount remain on the partner's account.
Payouts are made to the bank account specified by the partner in the partner panel settings.
The partner submits a payout request through the partner panel, specifying the amount to be paid out.
Payout requests are processed within 14 business days from the date of submission.
The administrator may withhold payout in case of suspected violation of the terms or fraud.
The partner is obligated to provide correct invoice/receipt data (company or personal data, tax ID if applicable).

It is prohibited to use spam, unauthorized mass messages, or other forms of unsolicited communication to promote partner links.
It is prohibited to create fake accounts, automatic registration, or other forms of artificial referral generation.
It is prohibited to mislead users about the nature, price, or quality of Predict Stats services.
It is prohibited to use PPC (pay-per-click) ads using the Predict Stats name or its variants as keywords.
It is prohibited to impersonate Predict Stats employees or representatives.
Violation of the above prohibitions results in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of accrued commissions.

The partner may resign from the program at any time by contacting the administrator.
The administrator may unilaterally terminate cooperation with the partner with 30 days advance notice without providing a reason.
In case of violation of the terms, the administrator may terminate cooperation with immediate effect.
After termination of cooperation, the partner has the right to withdraw funds accumulated on the account, provided they meet the minimum payout requirements.
In case of termination due to the partner's fault, the administrator may withhold accrued commissions.

Predict Stats is not responsible for the partner's marketing activities or their compliance with the law.
The partner bears full responsibility for the content they publish in connection with promoting the service.
Predict Stats reserves the right to seek damages for harm caused by the partner's actions.
The partner undertakes to comply with the law, including data protection regulations.

The terms may be changed. The partner will be notified of changes by email with 14 days advance notice.
In matters not regulated by these terms, Polish law applies.
Any disputes will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over Predict Stats' registered office.
The terms come into effect on the date of publication on the service's website.
