Describe the bug
Write what you do step by step, what happens and what should happen. Add the page address and a screenshot.

We check it
We reproduce the bug and look for the cause. You can see the status of your report under Your reports.

We fix it
A confirmed bug is fixed in the next version of the site.

We decide on a reward
Within 30 days of the report. If we give one, you get an e-mail and the access appears on your account right away.
The reward for a report
The reward is free access to a PredictStats product of our choice for a set time, for example Premium for 7 days. If the product is already active, we add the days to the end of your current period.
Whether we give a reward, which one and for how long is our decision. What counts is how serious the bug is and how well it is described. A report gives no right to a reward, and you may get nothing. Only the first report of a given bug is rewarded.
What to report
Report
- Wrong or missing data: results, statistics, match dates
- Pages and buttons that do not work
- A broken layout on a phone or a computer
- Problems with your account, signing in or payments
- Mistakes in translations
- Security holes noticed in normal use
Do not report
- Matches that ended differently from what the statistics showed. That is not a bug.
- Ideas for new features. Send those through the contact form.
- Questions about orders and payments. We answer those through the contact form.
- Bugs on bookmakers' websites and other services
- The same bug several times
How reports stay safe
- We accept only JPG, PNG and WebP images, at most 4 files of 8 MB each. Any other file, such as a program, an archive or a document, is refused.
- Every image is saved again on our server. Only the picture is kept; the hidden data of the file, such as the GPS location from a phone, is removed.
- Only the PredictStats team sees a report and its screenshots. We do not publish them.
- Before you add a screenshot, cover any passwords, card details and other people's data on it.
A security hole
If you come across a security hole while using the site normally, report it here under Security and do not make it public until we have fixed it.
It is forbidden to attack the service, scan it with automated tools, overload it, try to get into other people's accounts or data, or exploit a hole you found. For any of this we block the account and may report it to the authorities.

Who can report
Anyone with a PredictStats account, free or paid. You send the report from the account that should receive any reward.

Report limit
One account can send up to 10 reports within 24 hours. We may block accounts that send spam or empty reports.
- 3.
Content and attachments
A report describes a bug in the PredictStats service. Attachments can only be JPG, PNG or WebP images, at most 4 files of 8 MB each. Do not include passwords, payment card details or other people's data on them.

Time limit
We look at every report and decide on any reward within 30 days of it being sent.
- 5.
The reward is at our discretion
We decide whether to give a reward, which one and for how long. Sending a report, even an accurate one, gives no right to a reward. You may not get one.
- 6.
The first report
Only the first report of a given bug that we confirm and fix is rewarded. Duplicates and bugs we already know about are not rewarded.

What the reward is
The reward is free access to a PredictStats product of our choice for a set time, added to the account the report was sent from. If the product is already active, we add the days to the end of the current period. A reward cannot be exchanged for money or moved to another account. We tell you by e-mail when we give one.

Security
Attacks on the service, automated scanning, overloading, attempts to access other people's accounts or data and exploiting holes you find are forbidden. Report a hole noticed in normal use here and do not make it public before it is fixed. Breaking these rules means losing any right to a reward and having the account blocked.

Changes to the rules
We may change these rules or stop giving rewards for reports. Changes do not affect rewards already given.
Your data
The controller of the data in reports is PREDICT STATS sp. z o.o. We use it to handle the report, fix the bug and give a reward. Screenshots are deleted 90 days after a report is closed, and at once when the account is deleted. Privacy policy
